Self-Knowledge College (operating as Self-Knowledge College, Dropout to Dean’s List or The Daley Post) has a general 30-day full money-back guarantee from date of purchase on its products. There may be different guarantees for special products, courses and services and each will be clearly evident in any purchase agreement for such products and services.
No Warranties
All products and services provided by us are without a warranty of any kind, including expressed or implied warranties and conditions of merchant and serviceability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Although we try our best, we cannot guarantee that our products are always all correct, accurate, reliable or current.
This is the only warranty on our site. Any outside correspondence (either written or verbal) does not increase the scope of this warranty.
Legal Forum, Choice of Law & Official Language
This is a legal contract between you, the buyers, and us, the seller. We are located in Caledon, Ontario. We are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada. The terms are set forth in writing on this Web site. You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Provincial and Federal Courts located in Caledon, Ontario, Canada to resolve any dispute or litigation hereunder.
This agreement is written in English, which is to be our official language of the contract’s text and interpretation. If you do not agree with the above terms and conditions, you do not have to participate in this offer.
