Procrastination affects us all.
About 84% of us suffer from it to some degree.
For many, it stressful and causes anxiety but for others it is a paralyzing affliction that can wreck lives.
Helen Nieves, writing in Psych Central, says that
“Chronic procrastination may be a sign of psychological disorder. There may be a connection to procrastination such as having anxiety, low self-worth, and (a) self-defeating mentality.” It could also be connected to lack of self confidence or disliking the task.”
